FNB Connect - Porting No away from FNB to other service provider.

I ported from MTN to FNB Connect a couple months ago. The porting took place during the day without hassle. The mobile network is slow and some cases no connection. I'm trying to port my number away from FNB to another service provider. After multiple calls and messages only to find out porting will only take place after 19:00. FNB accepts porting from other providers during the day but moving away only at night. I also have not even being notified from FNB that a porting requested is going to take place.
