FNB connect porting

<p>I have request FNB to port my number on the 1 November and and I received my SIM card on the 3 November and was told it would take 24 hours to complete the process but after by Saturday nothing has taken place. I have called FNB connect to find out why it's taking so long and was told that they busy with it but nothing seems to be happening and if this is the kind of service I'm getting than they might as well cancel the whole process.</p>
