FNB Connect - Poorest service ever
FNB Connect is probably the worst service that can ever be provided to a person. I finally leant that FNB is a bank and not a cellphone service provider. The most recent incident happened from the morning of the 15th of June to the morning of the 17th of June where i had zero network. Cant receice or make calls. Today the 21st all calls coming in only ring once and automatically hangs up. In any breakdown, FNB does note even send an sms to apologise for their failure to provide the service that i payed for. When i wrote an email to raise a complaint, the person that eventually calls, does not have an answer. They call to ask what is the issue while i already raised the issue via email. Then they say they will escalate. Its a disaster.
If you can, run away from FNB connect. Too many breakdowns. No answers to any questions by the service agents.
