FNB Connect- POOR SERVICE SEEM TO BE THE ACCEPTABLE NORM

As good as I deem FNB to be when it comes to Banking and often share my Good experiences with Colleges, Family and Friends and would recommend FNB Banking to anyone currently looking to chance Bank, as UTTERLY disappointing I find the service revived from FNB Connect.

Ill trained Staff not willing to assist with enquiries and receiving conflicting information seems to be the NORM. And if (after several attempts) you actually are transferred to someone willing to assist only 1 of the two requested action paints are resolved.
