FNB CONNECT POOR COMUNICATION AND ASSISTANCE

FNB Connect poor comunication I opened a first business zero account with it they send a FNB sim to connect wth instructions how to.These do not work either on the app or online via my pc and also a nr to call if i have a problem.Then when i call i am told by the person answering the call that I can olnly set it up at the nearest branch at ome of the ATM's.I asked why the brochure instructions then say I can do it on the app or online the lady said the instuctons are wrong yet they continue to send out these wrong instructions
