FNB Connect Phones
Recently been interacting with FNB Connect with regards to a cell phone.
On the site they have advertised an iPhone 11 pro 64GB at a price of R779.00 per month and we were discussing possible colors of the iPhone.
Now i get told by the agent that they cannot continue the phone contract with me due to an issue on the website.
My issue is that it has been advertised at a certain price and should be honoured. As an FNB client i am really disappointed
I have taken screenshots of the pricing but does not allow me to attach them to the review

I feel that this situation is becoming really frustrating .
I have mailed FNB , tried to call and nobody seems to want to give me an answer but I keep having my call disconnected!
48 hours has passed from when the consultant advised I would have feed back, but still nothing
