FNB Connect - Pathetic and not helpful - NEVER SWITCH TO FNB

So even though it issue has been resolved, I think it still worth posting.

For two days I could not receive calls or SMS's on my cell, phone settings 100% - but FNB decided to place a soft block on my sim for some reason - which could not be explained to me.

Now you have to phone their customer services department, (which could probably not explain to clients how to butter toast) andto try find some form of help. I had to phone 6 times, and each time there is a different reason for my problem, you can not speak to a senior consultant or supervisor either. I was told that I should rather go and complain by sending an email, because that would be more helpful.

At the end of the day, we as customers, pay for a damn service which you promise to deliver. We have to pay an account immediately when due, but when we have a problem we have to wait 48 to 72 hours to get any form of feedback form you.

I'll rather be switching back to Vodacom, and perhaps even switching my banking to any of the other banks.

You are truely a nauseating bank.

And now its blocked again - and it will take 24 hours to unblock. Because in 2017 no one uses their ******* phones.
