FNB CONNECT - PAID UP LETTERS !!

I have been trying to access various funding options via my business accounts for quite some time now, To my surprise I have been informed that I have two fnb connect accounts still active on my personal name, hence the reason for my applications to be rejected, I have since spoken to the Admin department who have assured me that both accounts were paid up in 2015! I have requested these paid up letters for the longest time, my case is still open, with no feedback? I did have one consultant phone me and tell me she had the letters and would be emailing them within the next 5 mins? I still haven't received anything ?? why are these accounts still showing as active if FNB themselves are the ones who provide the paid up letters ? No feedback whatsoever! So disappointing as I've been a loyal client for over 20 years!
