FNB Connect order a disaster

Getting the application and the order done was a breeze with FNB online. Getting the product delivered to me however is a disaster. Today the driver promised he will deliver before 3pm. This was after he was actually supposed to deliver yesterday, then it would have been before 11am today en finally before 3pm. When I called at 3pm (I had to call every single time as no one is able to provide me with feedback when the agreed time is not met) the message he sent via the consultant is that he is at another business park and that I can come collect my order from him at that business park. How does one pay for a delivery service just to have them request from you to pick up your package from a location that suits the driver after he failed to deliver 3 times??? This in unacceptable. My husband warned me not to order as he had the same terrible experience a few months ago. I should think FNB has the savvy to not use such a terrible courier company.
