Fnb Connect number trap.
Fnb Connect blocks you from porting your numbers out once you with them you cant port out again. They say you CAN port out and have the steps to do it but it's a not true. You will be in a endless loop of calling and being passed on from consultant to consultant. BE VERY AWARE OF THIS TRAP Especially if you had your number for a long time!!!

11 Nov 2024, 17:16Still can't port my number out. I've spoken to all your consultants and we have repeat everything!!! ALL the steps to port my number out. Nothing is working. Im so frustrated about this because I've already taken a 12 month contract out with telkom and now I can't even port my number. Everyone keeps telling me sorry for the inconvenience and they understand but really they don't give a ****. They just keep giving you a new consultant over and over... Fnb must spend lots of money on salaries to pay consultants just to keep clients busy for a while until they give up. Fnb has a very cleaver scheme going on here to keep you lock in!!! Usless bunch!!!
