FNB Connect... now the ONLY idiot in town!

Once again, FNB has prolonged its reputation as completely *********** and utterly inconsiderate. Now FNB has gone from the new idiot in town to the ONLY idiot in town.

After taking FNB 3 weeks to port my number to their network, I have only been using their network for about 3-4 weeks. Then realised only last week Wednesday, 23 November 2016 that FNB Conect has dramatically increased its data bundles costs!

Firstly, where do they get off increasing these costs without any notification whatsoever?! Secondly, how do they expect to compete with other cellular networks?! Thirdly, how do they expect to keep their current (****ed) customers and gain new suctomers?

This makes absolutely no sense at all whatsoever! It is bad enough that my experience with them so far has been immensely appaling, nevermind the costs of their data bundles now! Meanwhile, the only reason why I migrated to FNB Connect was because of their data costs at the time. They were incredibly competent (in fact, the cheapest rates among all networks).

There is no way I will recommend FNB Connect to anyone... unless they wake up and prove that their brains are functioning. Oh here's a solution... reduce your data costs to be actually competent. How about that?
