FNB Connect not replying on queries

I took out a tablet a year ago through FNB Connect on a 24 month contract. I saw on the detailed balance the last payment is scheduled to go off on 25 Jan 2023, meaning 25 installments are going to be deducted. I phoned FNB Connect who informed me that they do not deduct over December months, but a deduction went off on 25 Dec. I went into a branch (North Park) where a consultant logged an e-mail query - still no response. I would like confirmation of the 24 month contract ending on 25 Dec 2022, but nobody is giving me clarity on that.
