Fnb connect not receiving call from Vodacom

I did a sim port from my old Vodacom sim to my new Fnb connect sim last week Monday. Now I can only receive calls and sms messages from non Vodacom numbers. Nobody from a Vodacom number can make any contact with me. I’ve called FNB about 10 times and they keep on saying they are waiting for feedback. And somebody will call me from technical. Well it’s been a week and no call from technical (maybe he is using a Vodacom number) I’m losing business and all they can say is wait.
