FNB connect not porting to MTN. Release me FNB!

Been struggling for a month to port my number from FNB connect to MTN. Because FNB don't release my number. I cannot receive calls or sms. Apparently this is a common problem for FNB connect. I'm losing business and also could not receive my vaccine sms. Really gatvol.
