FNB Connect not of any use

I took up an FNB connect sim and device a few months ago and I have been struggling with the network ever since then. I receive data and airtime/minutes monthly and was only able to use it once , i made a query last month and they trouble shooted the sim it worked a few minutes and it was back to square one. Essentially I am paying for the device as I don't reap the benefits month on month. The data and minutes expire every month but I don't even get to use them. I am beyond frustrated as a signed up and have not being able to use this data. This issue needs to be resolved urgently as i am extremely unhappy and the sim is of no use to me
