FNB CONNECT NOT BEING REMOVED FROM MY CREDIT PROFILE

I cancelled my FNB connect sim in 2022 and it is still reflecting on my credit record as active. I have asked multiple times that it be removed however there is no action taken or resolve. It is now 2024 and it is still showing as an ACTIVE account.
