FNB Connect, not allowed to pay extra funds on account

I paid extra funds to my FNB Connect account on a feature supp**** by the banking app. Today I contacted FNB to see why the funds aren't deducted from my balance. The operator then said I am not allowed to pay extra funds into that account... Okay, lesson learned, now I cannot retrieve those funds until the device is settled it seems and they can't deduct the amount from my Connect account. Can you please help me resolve this issue, I also logged a complaint on the FNB website but doubt whether I will get help there. I would like the funds to be deducted from my account balance.
