FNB CONNECT - NO SERVICE

I am extremely disappointed in the Fnb connect service, since Friday my phone is saying no service, I have called on numerous occasions to try and get this sorted out but I have had no luck, when I call, I am on hold for a long period then after that the call just gets cut and if I do manage to contact someone they are no help in resolving the issue, my sim card is not working for 4 days now, how long will it take for it to be resolved? No one knows, it is a huge inconvenience for me as I use my phone for both personal and professional communication, this is truly disappointing....
