FNB CONNECT NO MOBILE DATA DURING LOAD SHEDDING

FNB connect have still not sorted out my mobile data problem. There is no mobile data during load shedding which is exactly when you need it. I am locked into a contract that only expires in April - they have been totally uncooperative in coming to a settlement deal since they are not providing the service they promised when I purchased the contract. So frustrating. All I want is to get out of this terrible non- service provider.
