FNB Connect - No help for potential new client

I've been trying to apply for a laptop through FNB Connect, but it keeps on saying I do not "qualify" for the product?? This doesn't make sense at all, as I am more than capable to afford a laptop of R599 per month?! I've phoned FNB to follow up on this, but apparently no one can help me or look into why I do not qualify? Is this really the way you treat your potential clients who want to do business with you???
