Fnb connect. Never get any type of sim

So fnb connect is the worst bunch of idiots alive. I’ve been trying to pay my so called arrears for 3 months now. This is now pathetic. I’m probably listed on itc because they don’t know a thing. I’m going to take matters further because it’s as easy as deducting one amount on the first of the month. Instead my payment bounces back every time. This is most definitely the most pathetic **** I’ve had from fnb my whole life. Are the people there ****ing stupid or something that I can’t make a payment from fnb to fnb to sort this **** out. You useless ****s are now wasting my time. I canceled these ****ing contacts years ago, and carried on paying for it because you employed useless staff obviously. I should be claiming for months of charges. ****S!

Still not resolved. I was told to pay 1c into this account that I suspect is a ***** account. 1c goes off but not full payment. Check your mail with screen shots and reply to my email as I cannot talk to you useless idiot of the phone no more. This is wasting my time again. Who pays for the 1c transaction. You? And still not resolved

If this is not resolved. I will get lawyers involved. As this was a the most unprofessionally handled incident ever, as I’ve had rude people on the other side of the phone representing fnb. And every time I waste my time trying to make a payment, which I’m probably getting charged for. And not to mention the phone calls like I’m the ********. You idiot don’t know what’s happening. No one, I repeat no one must get any of these contracts, because when you cancel, they carry on charging you till something happens.

Back and forth, like a tennis game. See why you should never get a connect sim! My time is still being wasted. Never have I ever had issues with fnb till this. The ******* connect group can’t seem to fix their issues. Why?
