FNB connect - Never again!!!

I an an old FNB connect customer. My contract came to and end end of November. Since then I am trying to port my number to my new phone. Numerous calls andcenaiks to customer care I a none wiser and still unable to use the new phone. Talking to the call centre dies nit gelo as they are all working remotely and cannot escalate the problem.
