FNB Connect network super slow

FNB uses Cell C's network infrastructure. I can without a doubt say that their network insufficient and lacking modern day acceptable internet speed. I live in Bloemfontein and first off there is no LTE coverage. Secondly, I always get HSDPA but my connection speed is around 1 Mbps. Help
