FNB Connect Needs improvement

FNB brags that they are a digital bank but when it come down to it they miss the bus completely. I need a sim swap done for my existing FNB sim card. Their deliveries are closed until the 2nd week in January and they tell me the only way I can get a sim is by walking into a branch myself. The problem is that I am under Doctor orders to stay at home due to comobilities. It is very strange that I can sign a affidavit for some one to fetch my bank card but I cant get someone to fetch a non-active sim card for me (that I would have to activate online anyway). I have logged complaints where I get told the same thing you have to go in person. FNB come on this Covid-19 issue is not a new thing and will be here for a while still you need to adjust to the new way of life!

So after a week No manger called me. The same lady called me back that i spoke to when i called the HelpDesk the first time. She informed me that she had spoken to her manager and the manger told her that they could not help me with my problem. So disappointed to be treated this badly by a company that prides it self on "being a leader in innovation".... FNB you missed the boat on this one
