FNB Connect - more than 20 Days Later And No Resolution In Sight

I have always been a proud FNB Customer but my experience with FNB Connect has left me feeling disappointed, angry and disgusted at their level of Customer Service.

Since mid Nov I have been trying to change the soft lock limit of BOTH my sims to R1.00 because I don't want any additional bills at the end of the month. The devices are Christmas gifts and I needed this changed BEFORE i hand the gifts over on Christmas day.

I have spoken to Lerato in the complaints department (who keeps me on hold for more than 10 min at a time and don't keep promises of returning calls), Leechandre, Hloni, RB Jacobs (facebook), Rahim, etc and I can't understand how so many people at FNB can't resolve a simple query. After many phone calls, emails and escalations I am no closer to getting this resolved.

I called AGAIN this morning and spoke to Zonke and I'm hoping she will resolve this issue as promised but I'm not holding my breath. Is there seriously no one at FNB Connect competent enough to set a soft lock limit to R1.00 immediately. I know different departments are responsible for different functions but seriously!! I've been waiting since mid Nov!!
