FNB Connect? More like FNB disconnect :(

Talk about worst experience, talk about FNB connect. I am not one to regret decisions but I regret ever taking out an FNB connect contract. Imagine a bank that helps other businesses process debit orders, but doesn’t have a debit order system in place for its own credit facility? It’s really a shame and we are suffering because of it.

Now I am referred to debt collection for payments I never even missed. Settled the debt but even their debt collectors are the worst. I get calls daily to settle an account I’ve settle about a month already.
