FNB connect more Dishonest than cellphone companie

Stay away from FNB connect as they are dishonest and untrusted. My husband did an online application for me as we use a joint account.We app**** for a MacBook Pro 13.3" 2017 256Gig virR1279 and we received a MacBook Air with less functions and not what we ordered I phoned in to advice this is not the correct order received and was advised this is what the system shows. All my products in house is apple and we know what we wanted and we received what we did not order. In less than 24 hours we reported that the order is incorrect and received a lack of willingness from Fnb. Now we sit with a 24 month contract that is incorrect.

We reported this in the 7 day cooling of period and Fnb just said sorry what system shows we can't help u.IM reporting this to the consumer law tomorrow as everything we use from FNB is a ******up with no help from FNB think it is time to move banks as Fnb is dishonest.
