FNB Connect money paid to temp loan please reverse that

Hi

I am aware I have an outstanding temp loan due on the 23rd January on my pay day, I had money for my FNB connect payment but instead of that money going to the FNB CONNECT it has gone to the temp loan which for sure FNB KNOWS it was specifically for my FNB connect as per my call I made on the 4th. one other thing I wanted to pay this money towards FNB CONNECT ACCOUNT and couldn't be helped knowing very well this might happen. All I NEED is this money taken a nd sent to the FNB CONNECT then as per our deal fnb connect take their money on the 23rd as always. This is such an inconvenience.
