FNB Connect Mobile service is dragging the name of FNB in the mud!!!

Requested a cancellation on my data deal in November, was advised it will take 30 working days, its April and still it was not cancelled (neither did the debit stop) i agreed to the fee payable as it was before the 2 yr period, i had no problem with that, now all of a sudden the sim is completely blocked and they cannot put my number (which i ported to their network) back on prepaid so i can continue using my sim...

i have explained to them that i need my phone / sim for work purposes and cannot just go buy a new prepaid sim else that would have been my 1st step instead of going through all this trouble, i was advised that the sim will be back in use and available on prepaid by the 3rd of MAY 2017 as the cancellation would have been completed by the 1st of May...20 DAYS FROM TODAY i will not be able to be reached, or contact anybody for any kind of emergency WOW! Its funny how it tuk 6 mins to put me on their network and now it takes 600 minutes to get me off!!!

just put my number on prepaid immediately! you can still take the debit at the end of the month if thats wot u are worried about SERIOUSLY!!!

I have been banking with them for 15+ years and their bank service is so good, this mobile service is only dragging the FNB name through the MUD honestly!
