FNB Connect - Misinformation, miscommunication, and bad service.

So this is what went down.

I tried to order a phone from FNB via FNB Connect. I arranged to have it delivered to my girlfriend's house. I was told that SHE would need to provide a copy of her ID and HER proof of residence. She got that all ready, only to be told that her proof of residence isn't good enough and they need mine.

So I sit on the phone with you guys and arrange to have it sent to my house, being told that "As long as you have a signed paper from your landlord and his ID as well as yours, it can be collected".

Then I get told by the courier drivers that it's not accepted, and that I need a bank statement as proof of residence. So I try to get one of those. But before I can, I get a phone call from RAM head office to confirm my delivery, and he tells me that my bank statement from FNB isn't accepted either.

So now I have to get a verified copy of my landlord's ID at a police station, which may or may not be accepted.
