FNB Connect Minutes and Data Disappear Too Fast

I’m really disappointed with FNB Connect. I bought 1000 minutes valid for 60 days on 18 September, but they’re already showing as depleted — even though my call records show I’ve used less than 60 minutes. The same thing happens with data bundles, which vanish far too quickly without matching my actual usage. This is unfair and frustrating as it has been happening for months now. I’m at my wits end with FNB Connect and will be switching to another network should something not be done immediately.
