FNB Connect Login

I have been struggling with this issue for more than two months now. I want to know what happened to the fnbconncet website (www.fnbconnect.co.za). I cannot login on the page to view and or change my ADSL data. There used to be a login section, but now this website is dedicated to adverts only.

When I spoke to FNB today, they told me that I have to speak to the ADSL department. They even gave me the direct number ( ********** ) and then proceeded to transfer my call. Needless to say that after 49 minutes of listening to the voice saying that they are experiencing very high call volumes, I gave up.

Can someone please help? If you have discontinued all ADSL data services, then please inform your customers. We would like to know what is happening.

I'm not contacting you. You can contact me. As you can deduct from my complaint I had to spen more than an hour on the phone with you. Without any positive outcome. Further more I'm sure that all the other people on this forum would also like to know what happened to fnbconnect, not just me.
