Fnb connect keep saying no stock on iwatch

Ordered apple watch SE and was called the next day that they cancel since they have no stock and then ordered apple watch 7 again same thing happed called next day that no stock but the watch had just been added on the website even after telling agent um willing to wait they insisted on canceling my order
