FNB Connect issues not resolved for months!!!

The FNB Connect technical assistance team is the absolute worst.

I got my FNB Connect sim card in March and ported my number from another service provider. SInce then ; a very large number of my contacts cannot reach me "number not available on the network". I have contacted them and nothing has been done. They just keep resolving my issues when I continue to suffer missed deliveries and unconnecting calls from family and colleagues.

Just the worst.
