FNB connect issues
Can someone please assist in restoring my MTN contract number that was ported by FNB connect without my permission. I am disconnected since last week Thursday even after speaking to several people. I need this sorted by cob tomorrow - no more excuses FNB please

30 Nov 2020, 15:02Guys, this is unacceptable. Your consultant called me to tell me the reverse port was actioned last week Friday but still no reason why MTN ported a contract line. How was that even possible? I have been disconnected and am still disconnected and your consultant is telling me my number is now with MTN.....guys come on. Contact MTN and resolve this matter if that's what you have to do. I am in a remote area and unable to go to MTN store to sort this out, can you please do that urgently.
