Fnb connect is useless

I am very disappointed for 2 days I couldn’t phone my clients as the fnb airtime buying is not working and you can’t go to a normal store and buy the airtime... I will be changing back to my old service provider Thank you ... this service is so bad I can’t even send a donation sms Where it takes money from your airtime to donate or subscribe as this is not available from fnb and that was told to me a previous time by one of the support people..
