FNB Connect is the worst cellular network!

I have had no service on my FNB connect SIM card since Friday afternoon and nobody at FNB Connect knows what’s going on or when it’ll fixed, there’s no communication from FNB about the issue and this is my only number. I can’t port to another network because the sim in inactive, what is actually going!?
