FNB Connect is the worst cellphone network

I contacted FNB to change my FNB connect package to flexi prepaid towards the end of last year. This was only done on the 6th January. This was not communicated to me. I only found this out when I logged into my FNB internet banking. This is unacceptable because at the moment I cant make or receive calls. I emailed FNB connect and no one responded to my request, also contacted the call centre yesterday and I still have no resolution to my query. So, this means I have no connection with the world for three days now, thanks to FNB. If this is how you treat your customers, then I would much rather go back to my previous service provider. This is pathetic and utterly disgusting.
