Fnb Connect is the worse network to move to.

I made the biggest mistake of switching over from Cell C to Fnb Connect thinking it would be better. The funny thing is that Cell c Network is better with their coverage. I was promised that I would be paying a certain amount per month for the 5gb rolling contract. Now it is so expensive, This is appaling and disgusting. We pay so much of money every monthy to get the data and then we have network issue to add to it. This morning I could not make a call from my phone because it kept on cutting off. Some people have a business to run. Who is going to pay us for the loss time and clients? This is just sick. I am so fed up with this service, I would never use FNB again. This network should shut down. Everyday I have no network for 2-3 hours. If this was going to happen then y even get customers on your network. But before that you should actually consider getting competent call center agents. If the network is down we cannot even dial the 147 number because it cuts off. Then when we do connect your dumb agents tell us that there is an issue and cannot do anything about it. This is just ****.
