FNB CONNECT IS TAKING MONEY UNAUTHORISED!!! BEWARE !!!!!

I ordered a laptop throuh FNB Connect. I found it to be too smal and did not have enough usb ports etc and i returned it in the NEW condition immediately within the 7 cooling off period. I ordered a bigger more expensive laptop and am happy with the new one. BUT the one i returned was NEVER REMOVED OFF MY PROFILE, inspite of NUMEROUS calls, emails and holding on with FNB connect for hours, I was promised the debit order will not go off and that they will remove the device off my profile. This device is STILL on my PROFILE and in the meantime i have SETTLED the new one i took in its place, so NO DEBIT order is authorized at the moment. I have laid a complaint at Hello Peter where as someone from FNB Called me and ASSURED me that they will stay on top of this and have i removed off my profile this week ( that is already gone ). This person is now just GONE and the debit order has gone off my account UNAUTHORISED!!! I Called FNB Connect this morning, the person answering the phone sounded FAST ASLEEP and mumbled incoherently and i could not hear them properly. I go upset and said to them I cant hear them. Then the lady just ignored me. I could hear her in the background doin paperwork and moving around, but the phone was probably put on the desk and i was being ignored. i told her that I will lay a complain if she doesnt stop ignoring me. She could not care less. I am so SICK AND TIRED OF THE INCOMPETENCE that FNB is showing nowadays. There was also a transaction on my Private Wealth account that i reported as *****ULANT since i dont know what its for, and up untill now, NOBODY called me back with any update ...so FNB is happy to take money from you without Authorisation adn they dont care if other companies take your money unauthorised either. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO FNB>?????ARE THEIR EMPLOYEES EVEN TRAINED TO WORK WTH CLIENTS??????? IF the debit order for the device is not reversed by 12 pm today, i am going to open a ***** case against FNB CONNECT
