FNB Connect is pathetic

I have an FNB connect account and in addition to giving me my allocated minutes late every month, the have not allocated me any this month. Apparently they have system issues and will only allocate these on 25 August, almost a month late. But my previous month's ones? Well, those expired on time of course.

Worse is I called their customer care centre and the agent I spoke with (Pontsho) couldn't even understand why I was unhappy let alone sympathise.

If you can, stay away from FNB Connect.
