FNB CONNECT IS NOT CONNECTED AT ALL DURING LOADSHEDDING

FNB Connect mobile data does not work AT ALL during load shedding. You are unable to select any of the networks they use. The scan function does not find any network. VERY VERY distressing as this is the very reason that you need mobile data and they are not even accepting responsibility and allowing you to cancel your contract without penalties for selling you a service they are not providing.
