FNB Connect is not connected
I have an unlimited airtime contract with FNB Connect. Well the whole day I have not been able to make calls, apparently because it's my debit order day. So on a debit order day I get no service. What utter nonsense!!! I've been on the phone more than 5 times today with their helpdesk and no one has been able to assist or resolve the problem for me. I'm annoyed and disappointed.

So me not being to make calls for 2 day now, is not a matter of urgency/concern.
