Fnb connect is Nonsense!

So my fnb connect contract sim hasn't been working for over 2 weeks and I've paid. I called multiple times, went to the bank with petrol and tge they called the fnb connect again only to be told i have to wait for them to call me agaib and they couldn't give me a simcard since the one i have wasn't working even after they reset it.

I got a call today and they still failed. Now i received an sms saying: Good day, please be advised that a sim swap will need to be initiated as the FNB sim is faulty. Please note that sim swap fee is R40. Regards FNB Connect.

I don't understand why i have to now pay R40 for something I'm not responsible for. Telkom is much more recommendable than this nonsense, they replace your sim for free even if you've lost it.

I'm canceling this contract and wouldn't advice anyone to consider having one.
