FNB CONNECT is just a complete waste of time
FNB CONNECT has just proved how *********** it it.
I called yesterday asking them to blacklist my lost devise, almost 24HOURS later still No ITC number... if I call I am taken from pillar to post and eventually my call is dropped and that has happened number of times
How long can/should someone wait just to get the ITC number????
This is extremely annoying.

This may have an impact on my claim as this has taken too long without it being reported and if that happens will you guys be responsible??
