FNB connect is ***********

I bought a phone through FNB connect in March. In October I had to send the phone to them for repairs. It is now almost the end of November and I have not received my phone back. Everytime I phone Fnb I am sent from pillar to post without resolve. I am always giving the promise that somebody will phone me back but this never happens. I need this matter to be resolved, I am paying for a phone I don't even have
