FNB Connect is holding my number hostage over R0.04

So I recently closed my account with FNB and cancelled my FNB Connect sim card due to constant issues with the network and service.

Tried porting my number on Saturday and the consultant told me to wait until I get an SMS. A few days passed and nothing. Call FNB connect and they tell me, that my number is being held hostage because my account is NEGATIVE 0.04! I need to transfer R0.04 to the account. If I no longer have an FNB account I need to find someone.

The smug little ******* that helped me with my call was very happy to confirm that if I don't find a way to transfer 0.04 to my account they will hold my number.

Do you know what, after this I am cancelling my investment accounts with FNB as well. I don't trust this **** of a company anymore.
