FNB Connect is false

So i got a call from fnb saying i qualify for an unimited call package because i have been such a loyal customer. They will send me a sim card and i will reap all the benefits. After receiving the simcard i registered it, it was prepaid. So i called fnb and asked why os it prepaid as it was not wat the sales person told me. The lady said that the unlimited package is set to load on the 1sr of October. Its now the 22nd of September and i receive a message saying that my application wasnt successful. After i ported my sim to vodacoms network. This is negative marketing and now i have to port back to my old network because fnb connect fed me lies!!!!
