FNB Connect is a nightmare, stay away!

From reviews on this site you can see that the FNB Connect is one of the most frustrating departments to deal with. After getting a month-to-month sim only contract with them, I have had nothing but issues with billing. I continuously received messages that my debit was not received and my account will be soft blocked , even though it is debited from my linked FNB account, how am I stopping that? Contacting FNB about this is like having them deal with estranged sibling, FNB Connect, they just tell you to contact them yourself. My 'team of bankers' were of no help at all. I contacted FNB connect and finally stopped the contract in Jan, last payment in Feb. At the end of Feb I get a notice of arrears letter threatening me with legal action and negative impact on my credit score for an outstanding amount of R226. I could not believe it. For a company that I have invested thousands into, this is your reaction to loyal customers? Your debiting system doesn't work so you threaten your customers with legal action. FNB should step up and deal with this mess. I don't know why I am even paying for a 'team of bankers', should be dealing with an individual as you never reach the same person. Please contact me via email, I'm not using FNB sim cards ever again.
