FNB connect is a huge disappointed! !!!!

i have been querying for the last month for FNB connect to give me an account number with a reference where i can pay my cell phone contract i took out with them. The reason being is i changed my bank due to always having problems. Now i had no choice but to complain as it seems they have started something they aren't fully capable of or they have not thoroughly worked through the complications of this new product. All i want is to be able to pay my cellphone contract without having a FNB account is that to much to ask... i doubt that they will get back to me even with this complaint..they have blocked my phone quick to do that due to non payment but how must i pay?????????????????????
